    Thank you for visiting the Pricetronic page for the UK's number one skate store! We have a massive range of extreme sports items ready to purchase. We supply some of the biggest brands to cater for our customers and we are constantly expanding our range to stock as many sports as we can!
    Skatehut was formed in 2007 as a small family business following a holiday to the USA. The MD has three sons and when his eldest spotted a pair of Heelys in one of the theme parks he decided he had to have a pair!
    When they got home they found Heelys were very difficult to get hold of in the UK. They decided that the only thing to do was to start selling them themselves. Within a few months there were over a thousand pairs in their house!
    From there we have steadily increased our product range to include skateboards, scooters, skates and much more. We now have over 2000 product lines in stock and more on the way! With all of these products in stock we needed space to hold them all, which we now have with our Three warehouses and main Halesowen store, as well as a store at Greystone Sports Academy in Manchester and at the Adrenaline Alley Skatepark in Corby.
    We listen to our customers feedback to improve services and add new brands and products all the time. We have a great team of people in our warehouse, office and shops to help you get the perfect products for you, our customers, at great prices with quick delivery.

    Our Express service is by Yodel 24 Next Working Day service and is £3.99. Orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of being placed and payment completed. This is a tracked service so you can check the progress of your package. On the day of delivery, you will also receive a text/email notification from the courier to inform you of the estimated delivery window. This service does not include Sunday or Bank Holidays. This service is only available for UK Mainland customers and excludes some Scottish Highland/Postcode areas and Off-shore UK areas (*exclusion postcodes listed below). Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be shipped on Monday. Complete Bikes & Frames
    Orders for Complete Bikes and Bike Frames have a 5 working day dispatch window as the majority of these are warehoused at the distributors with a live stock feed. Once an order is placed, the bike or frame will be sent to us from the distributor asap and then sent to the customer via tracked courier. Whilst we allow 5 days for dispatch, most orders are sent sooner than this and we will always endeavor to deliver your new bike or frame asap. Should there be any delay or issue with our supplier we will contact you asap to resolve. Please Note: Bikes are large items and therefore cannot be shipped fully assembled, some assembly will be required
    . International Delivery:
    The estimated delivery schedule and postage cost will be displayed during checkout for international delivery locations. There will be a flat rate service option for most available destinations as well as Pricetronic GSP options for qualifying items/ locations.     Delivery to Europe using the flat rate service is by tracked DPD courier or their chosen delivery partner in the destination country.
    Delivery to the USA using the flat rate service is by tracked Fed-Ex International priority service.     Returns Policy
    We are happy to offer our UK customers peace of mind when returning an order for exchange by providing a Free Return via Collect Plus or Royal Mail Tracked Return services. Please ensure that you inform us of your intent to return by opening a return request on your Pricetronic order with any relevant details (within 30 days of delivery). If you are returning for refund then a return label will still be available using these services at a charge of £2.99 which will be deducted from the refund amount.
    Now you can order in confidence, safely in the knowledge that should your items not fit correctly or are unwanted you don't need to worry about how to return the item/s. A free return label will only be provided should the item/s be for exchange or are faulty.
    Before taking your order/item to one of the return drop-off points outlined below please ensure that:
  • The item/s for return are in a New, Unused and Saleable condition with original product packaging and tags (This does not apply to faulty items).
  • You have opened a return request for the item/s on your Pricetronic order and the return form included with the order has been completed and is enclosed inside the parcel.
  • Your item/s are suitably packaged for their return journey (this can be in a jiffy bag, courier bag, wrapping paper or other suitable packaging)so as to avoid damage in transit.
  • No labels are attached directly to the product or product packaging (Please attach labels to outer packaging as outlined above).
  • Once your return parcel has been posted

    Drop off your returns to over 7,000 locations open early until late 7 days a week. Take your item/s to a local CollectPlus store at a time that's easy for you, whether that's on your way to or from work, or on a Saturday or Sunday. Most Collect Plus stores are open early 'til late 7 days a week (Please check Collect Plus Site for details and locations for local stores near you) UK Royal Mail Tracked Return - Smaller items (Available for parcels up to 61 x 46 x 46 cm)
    The Royal mail tracked return service means that you can drop your parcel off at one of over 11,500 Post Offices in the UK. When you drop off your parcel at the Post Office you will be given a receipt that will have the tracking details for your parcel so you can track where it is and see when we receive it. Royal Mail Tracked Return services are usually used for shoes, clothing, skates, skateboards, scooters and other similar sized items. Anything over 5kg or a large shoe/skate box, please use the above Collect Plus return method. International Returns
    If returning items from outside the UK, we are, unfortunately, unable to provide a free service and this will be at the cost of the customer (unless the item is faulty). It is recommended that a tracked service is used as SkateHut cannot be held accountable for items lost on their return journey. If you are returning a faulty item from outside the UK we recommend that you contact us via Pricetronic immediately with details of your issue and we will assist with the return and resolution accordingly.     Returns are typically completed quickly however we request that you wait up to 5 working days of receipt back at SkateHut before contacting us regarding returned orders.
    All the information you need regarding returning your goods should be on this page or, on a flyer included with UK orders (if over £30 value) with the returns details for you. Please read through carefully. Should you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us via the Pricetronic contact seller options on your order. PLEASE NOTE:
    -In the case of B-Stock or Ex-Shop items, you must notify us straight away if you are unhappy with your item or else we will not be able to offer a refund
    . If the item is used following receipt, we will not be able to refund the item. Any cosmetic defects relating to the item are made clear in the item description, so if you are unhappy with its appearance the customer will be required to pay for the return postage

    -Any items deemed to be faulty by the customer must not be returned before first contacting us with full details of the issue and opening a return request. We will aim to contact you within 1 working day to offer a solution. Sending images of the fault where visible can help to speed up this process. An item cannot be refunded or exchanged if used by the customer until an inspection has been made by ourselves.
    If the problem is repairable, we will send the item back to you free of charge in full working order. If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide further options/advice to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

    As we require immediate payment for all orders, we are only able to accept payments through Paypal at present or Paypal Credit which will be available if activated on your Paypal account.
